Minnie – 1955 Hudson Metropolitan

Hello everybody! I’d like to introduce you to Minnie.

Minnie is a 1955 Hudson Metropolitan powered by a 4 cylinder engine and a 3 speed manual transmission. This car came to us from a collector in Northern Ontario. Now you’re probably thinking “don’t you mean Nash Metropolitan”  Well in 1954 Hudson merged with Nash to become American Motors so some of the metropolitans were rebadged as Hudson’s. I’m sure there a lot more automotive historians out there that would have more information to share than me. As seen in the pictures, this little car is in excellent shape. Minor repairs are needed to the exterior lights and If I was going to be driving this car on a regular basis I would upgrade to radial tires as well. The car runs and drives as good as it looks and gathers lots of attention everywhere it goes. Parts are readily available through several sources so when repairs are needed you will not be left high and dry. After you’ve reviewed all the pictures, If you would like to make an appointment to see Minnie in person or go for a test drive please contact us at memorymotorsca@aol.com or give us a call at 905-537-3673.
